Dress Code

The Club's Board of Management has set certain standards of dress which it believes are in the best interest of the general membership. All members, their guests and visitors are expected to maintain their appearance and dress in a manner, which will uphold the dignity of the Club. The Board of Management reserves the right to alter these Dress Regulations at its discretion.

On Course:

Tidy golf attire

No denim OR shorts with cord-drawn waist. Shorts must not be longer than just below knee length. Calf length shorts are not permitted.

No open footwear, No bare feet

No sports joggers, sneakers, other gym shoes/boots or casual canvass footwear. A belt MUST be worn with all types of shorts and long trousers. Shorts must be worn with either long or short plain white socks with a small logos or markings. Anklets permitted as long as they completely cover the ankle bone. Buttoned and collared shirts (half collar permitted) must be worn with all types of shorts or trousers [tucked in]

No ripple type shoes allowed. Golf shoes with metal spikes are not allowed on the course or practice facilities. 

All Caddies MUST BE APPROPRIATELY DRESSED [AS PLAYERS]

Members are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure their guests comply with the Club's dress Code.

This standard applies to the Golf Course

Golf Club Premises (excluding private and members functions after 7pm):

Smart casual dress with foot wear worn at all times: no thongs, tracksuits, tank tops/ singlets. Golf shoes to be worn in designated areas only.

ASSOCIATE LADIES

Not Allowed On the Course:

No Metal Spikes, No Cargo Pants or skin hugging pants of any kind, Short Shorts or Skirts are not acceptable, No Denim or studded Jeans are acceptable, Crew Neck Shirts.

Allowed on the Course:

Skirts, tailored slacks, mid calf pants, tailored shorts worn at mid thigh, split skirts all to be worn with a belt if worn with a tucked-in shirt. Shirts with long or short sleeves may be worn with a collar, turtle or roll neck. Tailored fitted shirts may be worn outside shorts or slacks provided they are no longer than mid-hip length (measured by placing thumb in waist and extending hand. Distance from there to bottom of small finger is correct). They may also be banded or have small side slits. The shirt is to be of such length that will not reveal the midriff during the swing. Loose hemmed shirts are not appropriate. Socks may be white or coloured.

In the Clubhouse:

Smart casual dress but no sun tops, Track Suits or Leisure Suits.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ENTIRE CLUBHOUSE AND AL FRESCO AREA HAS BEEN DESIGNATED AS A "SMOKE FREE ZONE".
