As per our current clause 19 of voting eligibility, please note of your eligibility:
- Full and life members (no minimum required for financial years of membership)
- All other playing categories with exception of juniors (minimum 5 years of financial years of membership)
Please note that the above clause 19 is one of the changes that will be applied in the new constitution but we have to adhere to the existing clause for this SGM.
When you arrive at the meeting, you are required to register and we will need to check your eligibility for voting and quorum purposes.
Please be advised that the minimum quorum required for the meeting is 50 eligible votes.
We will be serving complimentary drinks (limited time) at the conclusion of the meeting, with thanks for your attendance and support.
