Dear fellow members, 

Over the past few months our General Manager, Fiza and I have been working with our Treasurer, Brad Ethell to garnish interest within the Finance Committee for a successor to Brad. The post COVID environment has meant Brad cannot give his full attention to both business activities and the Golf Club. As a result, Brad has stepped down from his position of Treasurer and will also take a leave from golf to allow the necessary commitment to his other interests.

I take this opportunity on behalf of the Board of Management to thank Brad for his 5 years of dedicated service to our club as Treasurer. For those members unaware, Brad's contribution during the financial uncertainty of COVID and lock down was extremely beneficial to the club and we should be all very thankful for his tireless personal contribution. Congratulations and thank you Brad. We wish you and your family all the very best.

As a result, the Board of Management have accepted the recommendation of Brad (on behalf of the Finance Committee) to appoint member Neil Rigby as Treasurer (casual vacancy) with immediate effect.

Neil has recently retired and has the time and relevant experience to compliment the board in this role. Neil has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a member of the CPA. Neil has extensive experience working in 'not for profit' (NFP) organisations. We welcome Neil to his new position, and I look forward to his leadership in the Finance Committee and his contribution to the Board of Management.

If you have recently submitted a bank cheque to us, dated 27 June 2022 and have yet to receive a confirmation email receipt of payment, please contact office immediately.

We have also received a number of direct deposits without a member number. If you have yet to receive a confirmation email receipt of payment or you're showing a balance owing in your subscription account online, please contact office immediately. 

No greens will be replaced this financial year. Our focus will be on auditing the health of our greens and to ensure that we have healthy greens throughout winter and summer.

Jeanette's Last Day - 8 July


Tomorrow will be Jeanette's last day at the Club.

She started with our Club on 3 Dec 2012 and has been a face for our Club in the reception office for 9.5 years. 

As she heads into much awaited retirement, we take this opportunity to thank her for her many years and effort at our Club. 

If you would like to say goodbye, please do so in person and she will be in the office on her last day tomorrow. 

We hope she will pick up golf in retirement and spend time at the Club with her husband Rob, particularly during Twilight (we can only hope!)

Jeanette is looking forward to her retirement to spend more time with her family, both locally and overseas.

We will miss you, Jeanette.  

new golf carts

New Club Car golf carts


We are pleased to announce that we have received a new fleet of 10 golf carts from Club Car. 

With the arrival of the new fleet, we now have 20 working golf carts, all on lease from both EziGo and Club Car. 

In line with the arrival of the new fleet, the carts prices that will be applicable from Friday 8 July will be as follow: 

$35 - Member price 18 holes | $50 public 18 holes

$20 - Member price 9 hole | $25 public 18 holes

Members or guests are not longer allowed to pay a cart per person price at the pro shop. All carts will be released on per cart price and if you want to share with another member or guest, the costs can be shared between both of you. 

We have at least 80 people on the carts medical list therefore it is no longer a feasible option for members. We implore members to share the costs with each other for the cart to reduce the price as the Club has also reduced the previous price of carts for members from $40 per cart to $35 per cart to assist with the reduction of costs.

  • You can check your account balances online for either subscription, top up or prize account under "My Accounts". 
  • There is an account called "Top Up". You may pay cash (via office) or online credit card towards this account and it is redeemable in BOTH bar and pro shop for any purchases. Saves having to carry cash or card when you are at the golf club.
