Update from Club 

Cashless - Pro shop from 5 December 2022 

In an effort to streamline operations, we will be going cashless in the pro shop as a trial from 5 December. (this applies for all transactions - shop purchases and competition fees) 

If you would like to pay via cash, please place your cash in your top up account (in bar or office) so that all payments for competitions or shop purchases can be redeemed automatically.

This will ensure a faster process of payments at the counter and with mix of new and junior staff (under 18), we need to be mindful of best practices and efficiency of operations. 

The pro shop will be closed for renovations and new stock transfer on Monday 5 Dec and Tuesday 6 Dec. The match room will be utilised as a temporary check in and payment facility for members, guests and public on Monday and Tuesday. We expect the new pro shop to be open for business on Wednesday 7 December. 

Cash is still accepted in the bar for transactions and office. 

No smoking in outdoor eating areas 

The Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 bans smoking in an outdoor eating area that is defined as 'provided on a commercial basis, as an area where food or drink may be consumed by people sitting at tables'.

We have displayed no smoking signs for display around the alfresco eating area to ensure that all members and guests are aware of the regulation. 

We have also now allocate a new designated area for smoking. The new designated area for smoking is located at the back of the BBQ wall, near the blue bins at the back. We will be clearing out the rubbish in the area next Monday and Tuesday. 

New full time duty manager in hospitality 

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Marilyn Spagnolo, currently a part time employee of the Club to the full time position of Bar Duty Manager from Monday, 5 December.

Marilyn is a great asset to the Club and well loved by members. 

We congratulate Marilyn on her new appointment in the new role.
