
Terms and Conditions
The field will be limited to 120 players with a maximum of 120 entrants received via MiTournament. When capacity has reached over 120, players may call pro shop at 9455 1983 to be placed in the waiting list (without taking payment) but this must be done prior to the closing date.
If full field is achieved at 120 players, the higher handicap players will be balloted out first and they will receive a full refund of their entry fee.
Entry fee: $60 (Members); $90 (Visitors). WA State ranking event for women and men.
Entrants must have an Australian GA Handicap and be a member of a bricks and mortar private Metropolitan, Suburban or Country Golf Club affiliated with Golf WA as determined by Gosnells Golf Club Committee Group.
Players must have played 10 GA rounds in last 12 months to qualify for nett division prizes. Entrants with league handicaps and who are members of social clubs (without a golf course base) are not eligible to enter.
1. The Competition will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf and the Local Rules of the Gosnells Golf Club
2. Any disputes will be decided by the Committee Group. Any protests must be submitted in writing to a tournament official within 15min of completion of round.
The Committee Group decision shall be final.
3. All Competitors must report to the starter no less than 10 minutes before scheduled hit off time.
4. Entry Fees are non-refundable after the draw is posted.
5. Presentations will be conducted at the conclusion of play on Sunday
afternoon, players are asked to attend presentations and can call the Club
to check their standing.
6. The seeded draw for both days will be determined by the Committee Group and first round draw will be published on Tuesday 14th April 2026.
7. The Golf WA Policy on the use of motorised carts will be enforced for the duration of the event.
8. The Committee Group of the Gosnells Golf Club will control the event and:
(a) reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry and to restrict the number of entrants
(b) may vary the conditions
(c) may fix and/or alter the starting time and starting order as it thinks fit.
(d) In the event of a tie, first gross ties will be played on a sudden death basis using holes 1 and 9. All other ties will be decided using the Australian countback system will be applied.
(e) GA handicap limit of 16.3
(f) Players are only eligible to win one trophy and gross trophies will have priority
