Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
A senior golfer is a playing member of a Club who is the age of 55 years and above as at 21 April 2023. Gosnells Golf Club Member categories eligible are Full, Six Day, Five Day & Lifestyle. (Lifestyle members will only need to pay entry fee, no deduction of points). Players from other Clubs must have an Australian GA Handicap and be a financial member of a Metropolitan, Suburban or Country Golf Club affiliated with Golf WA and have a minimum of 5 day playing rights. Entrants with league handicaps are not eligible to enter.

2. Format
Players with a GA handicap of 10.2 and below will play stroke, players with a GA Handicap above 10.2 will play Stableford. Tee off from blue tees.
The field will be limited to 128 players – in the event of a full field higher handicap players will be balloted out first.Handicap Limit is 22.6 GA. In the event of a tie, the Australian Countback system will be applied.
3. Entry fee
An entry fee of $50 (visitors) and $35 (GGC Members) is payable at the time of entry. Payments will not be accepted on the day of the competition. No refunds will be given after the draw is finalised.
4. Event Management
All competitors shall be under the discretion of the Gosnells Golf Club Match Committee who have power to:
• Vary the conditions of play as may be deemed necessary
• Refuse entry to any person
• Penalize any competitor for slow play
• Accept late entries
• Draw all competitors in a suitable manner
• Resolve disputes
5. Disputes
Any disputes will be decided by the Match Committee.
Any protests must be advised verbally to a tournament official within 15 minutes of completion of round.
6. Motorised Carts
The Club has a limited fleet of motorised carts that can be booked through the Golf Shop. Note, carts will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Bookings for carts must be done directly by calling pro shop 9455 1983.
7. Dress Standards
Dress standards – players are required to comply with the dress code set by Gosnells Golf Club on the course and in the Clubhouse.
8. Closing date
Entries will close on Monday 17 April at 5pm.
The seeded draw will be published on Wednesday 19 April 2023 at 5pm on the Golf WA and Gosnells Golf Club website.
